Bowling League
Knights of Columbus Council 6923 has a long standing tradition of bowling. It can be said that, We like to bowl. Our favorite alley is Pinheads in Fishers (http://bowlatpinheads.com). Bowling leagues are running almost year 'round. Want to join a league? Just ask any member of our council and he'll point you in the right direction.

A voluntary bowling association open to all men 18 & older, organized for the sole purpose of socializing for fun, camaraderie and in hopes of attracting new Knights to our various Councils. We are not a charitable organization and we are not sanctioned by the USBC. We will resume weekly bowling on August 31st- December 14th, then January 4th- April 18th at 7:00 p.m.(practice) and 7:15 start time @ Pinheads!

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and others who express interest, subject to annual retention vote.
Registration Fee & Prizes. Fee of $10 (including subs) will be used for trophies, gift cards and, yes, as usual, - nominal cash prizes to reward those who bowl at least semi-weekly. There will be additional give-aways as we can garner them from Pinheads. Also, we will continue our end of season voucher/ treat for drinks & eats on the final night of each session!!!!
Fees in General. The weekly fee for all bowlers will remain @ $14. The $10 registration fee is due the first night that you bowl, in addition to the $14. There will be $28 due the second night you bowl, with the extra $14 to be used at the end of each session to pay the last night of bowling. Payment by check should be made to: K of C Bowling League. Any bowler delinquent by more than $28 shall not be permitted to bowl and the team captain is to make certain to have a sub for the delinquent bowler. Subs must pay a $10 fee one time each session to be eligible for prizes.
Team Captains. Each team must pick a team captain who will help assure payment of the fees. Captains are to work with Kevin Walter of Pinheads to learn how to compute scores, blinds, etc.
Pre-Bowling. This is strongly discouraged and shall only be relied upon if absolutely necessary, as it detracts from the fraternity and camaraderie we all love to share together on Wednesday nights!
Behavior. No offensive, disruptive behavior/language will be tolerated and may lead to possible ejection for the evening or more, as determined by the League Officers. Reasonable alcohol consumption is acceptable. There will be no foot faults and bowling etiquette shall be observed, including no talking with bowlers once they approach the lane to bowl. Handicaps. Scores will include handicaps determined based on 90% and an average of 200.
